During office hours (Monday - Friday).
Between 7pm and 10pm (7 evenings per week).

Post Abortion Trauma is formally defined as a category of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which may either be acute or delayed. There are a wide range of symptoms, including:
  • A sense of emptiness and loss.
  • Feelings of anger, guilt and remorse.
  • Depression.
  • Relationship difficulties.
  • Sleep disturbances - recurrent dreams.
  We offer:
  • Support to those struggling in the aftermath of a personal abortion experience.
  • Free, confidential, one-to-one counselling, telephone counselling and where possible support group counselling.
  • Literature (mailed discreetly on request).
